CURRENT JOB OPPORTUNITIES

  • JOB TITLE: Referee-Instructor
  • LOCATION: Multiple locations
  • POSITION TYPE: Part-Time/Full-Time
  • Referee-Instructor is the person of authority on the game-field, who creates and ensures a safe and positive game environment, guides the players through the match so they could have an exceptionally fun experience!
  • JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
  •  Organise and conduct the Bowfighters games at a specific location
  •  Instruct in games rules, proper shooting techniques; strictly enforce the safety guidelines and ensure safety of game participants
  •  Prepare the archery arena and equipment before games and dismantle after; keep the storage and arena neat and organized
  •  Ensure the security of the equipment and arena, keeping it free of hazards and debris
  • QUALIFICATIONS:
  •  Excellent command of English and French
  •  Coaching/instructor experience is an advantage
  •  University students are welcome
  • REQUIREMENTS:
  •  Self-motivated with the ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team
  •  Excellent interpersonal, organizational, communication and presentation skills
  •  Good work ethic, responsibility, punctuality and reliable attendance
  •  Available to work weekends/holidays; having personal transport is an advantage
